The Deacons are expected to model growth toward mature faith, Christian family life, personal and public morality, and a life accepted by God and the church. The Deacons strive to model ministry as partners with the Pastor by being laborers together in God's work and by sharing leadership with the Pastor and other staff in the church as they all carry out their distinctive roles and functions.
